A total rehab after a waterline break

We were victims of a waterline break that left our 'Up North' Minnesota condo in need of a total rehab. Without the availability of a General Contractor that would undertake our job we were provided Tyler's number and are so thankful for this referral. Tyler is way beyond his years in professionalism, carpentry skills, problem solving and communication.
His dedication to our project and every effort that he made to get things done correctly and timely was outstanding. He was our unofficial General Contractor, making phone calls to other trades that were needed as he progressed through the project. From sheetrock removal and replacement to subfloor replacement to flooring installation to kitchen remodeling to expert trim molding installation, Tyler was exact in measurements and precise in installation.
Our one story condo has had a total makeover and thanks to Tyler we know that the framing and supporting structure that you cannot see is one hundred and ten per cent correct due to his workmanship. We thank you Tyler and can only say that nobody wants to be in a situation where their property is compromised but we are fortunate to have met you and have a chance to tell so many people about you and your talent.
